Gnoré 2016

Gnoré 2016 is a fruity elegance of Syrah. The first nose reveals a basket of fresh sour cherry with a dry bouquet of sage and lavender, then the aroma is developing into baked plums with hints of nutmeg and liquorice. The taste of juicy dark fruits intertwines with spices and herbal notes. This full-bodied wine is showing a perfect balance of structured acidity and velvety tannins.

  • Colour: Intensive purple

  • Nose: First nose is fresh sour cherry with a hint of dry herbs: sage and lavender, then the aroma is developing into baked plums, nutmeg and liquorice  

  • Taste: Fresh and juicy full of dark fruits, herbs and spices. The wine has fresh and elegant acidity, velvety tannins and a long aftertaste with a peppery finish

The wine is at a perfect stage of development to be enjoyed now.

Gnoré 2015

Gnoré 2015 is an incredibly herbal manifestation of Syrah. The aroma will bring you to July Provence fields: marjoram, rosemary, and lavender, followed by fruity notes: dark cherry, plum, and forest blueberry. The nose is slowly opening into tobacco and dark chocolate notes. The taste reveals a strong dark fruit character accompanied by herbal undertones which leads to a long peppery finish. There are smooth tannins and fine structure along with an elegant acidity.

  • Colour: Deep ruby red, acquiring touches of garnet with age. 

  • Nose: Provence herbs: marjoram, rosemary, and lavender, followed by fruity notes: dark cherry, plum, and forest blueberry. The nose is slowly opening into tobacco and dark chocolate notes.

  • Taste: dark fruits with  herbal undertones and a long peppery finish. The wine has smooth tannins and elegant acidity and a long aftertaste.  

This wine can be cellar aged for at least another 3-4 years.

It is better to open wine 1 hour before serving  to release complex layers of aromas.
